Notes on the transition of the Vitabay design
Vitabay does not only have a responsibility towards your health. As a family business with a history going back to 1999, we also want to play our part in keeping the planet intact for future generations. Although we have carried out a rebranding, some products still reach you in the old design for now. You will find the relevant note on the respective product page. It tells you whether the product already comes to you in the new design.
Even if you receive a product in the old design, you of course do not get an old product or lower quality. We decided to switch our product range to the new design sustainably. That means:
As soon as we have a product made again because we have used up our stock, it is produced, packaged and shipped in the new design.
Common questions about the design change
Please do not worry that you are getting lower quality because your food supplement comes in the old design. The contents are identical and made to our quality standards. Only the packaging has not changed yet.
Of course you do not get products that are old. Your products do not have a shorter shelf life either. You can rely on your products having the stated minimum shelf life and the usual Vitabay quality. We would not be allowed to sell them otherwise.
A fair question, and the decision was not an easy one for us either. However, as a company we also see ourselves as responsible for handling resources sustainably, so that we leave a healthy earth to the generations after us.
Destroying first-class, perfectly good food supplements because of the old design does not fit our sense of responsibility. That is why you currently receive products in both the new and the old design.
Below every product there is a note telling you whether you will get a product in the new design or still in the old packaging. If you are unsure, feel free to contact our customer support. Our team is happy to help.
