Folic acid: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium L-methylfolate (1.9%), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium silicate hydrate (all plant-based). Omega 3 Vegan: DHA-rich and EPA-rich oil from the microalga Schizochytrium sp., capsule shell (modified starch, glycerol, carrageenan), vitamin E, sodium carbonate.

Folic acid: take 1 vegan tablet daily with plenty of water or juice. Omega 3 Vegan: take 2 softgel capsules daily with plenty of liquid. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
