Recommended intake

Every 20th day, take 1 vegan tablet whole with plenty of liquid. This corresponds to a daily intake of 25 µg (1000 IU, 500% RI).

Duration

The product contains 120 tablets and thus lasts for up to 2400 days (at one tablet every 20 days).

Daily requirement

The reference intake (NRV) for vitamin D is 5 µg (200 IU). One tablet contains 500 µg (20,000 IU), which is 10,000 % of the reference intake. At one tablet every 20 days, this works out at 25 µg (1,000 IU) per day, or 500 % of the reference intake.
